It's that time of the year again.

It's here again....! Time to get all those little note books out and write some, "New Year Resolutions". But I'm wondering how many people really stick with their resolve? I do not make resolutions anymore because,I haven't had much success with them in the past. Rather, I have daily goals and that seems to work best for me.

Do you have resolutions? Have you been successful with them? How have you achieved this? If you do not mind sharing, I'd really love to hear from you.

Here is to a Prosperous 2010 to all of you!

  1. I don't do New Years resolutions, because then I feel bad when I break them. Cuz I always do. But I enjoy hearing other people's plans for the New Year. BTW, I have an award for you. I love your bloggy and I totally appreciate your awesome support! Thanks for the friendship. I heart you. http://organicmotherhoodwithcoolwhip.com/subBlog.asp?bID=90

  2. I try to have just one New Year's resolution so that I can work at it, but never seems to work. I always end up breaking them. I am trying to come up with a more realistic goal this year...not sure how though.

  4. I do have one, but it isn't really a big thing. I'm diabetic (insulin dependent since I was 12), and I actually didn't have insulin for almost 3 straight years (couldn't afford it). My New Years resolution is to take better care of my diabetes. I started this month by getting an insulin pump. I was so bad off, I actually went through sugar withdraw. So my goal is to slowly get my blood sugar back under control with this pump.

Other than that, I don't have a resolution. And respect people who don't set them. We should always be trying to do what's best for ourselves whether it's the start of a new year or not. :)

  5. I don't do them every year. Usually I'll take a mental note. I did right down some goals I need to accomplish & it'll work this time because last year I wrote my goals throughout the year & checked them off. I'll just follow that same plan this year. I also do what you do as far as daily goals. If I don't do that I get absolutely nothing done.

@ Queen Bug, I wish you the very best. Please take care of yourself.

@ Help! Mama Remote, seems goal setting works for both of us.
